Welcome to SnapReveal. These Terms of Service govern your use of the SnapNest platform, website, and associated services. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.

Subscription Plans

Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance.

Due to the nature of digital services, cloud infrastructure costs, storage allocation, bandwidth usage, and AI processing resources, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

SnapNest provides a photography hosting and distribution platform powered by AI. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for your professional photography business.

Free Trial

Where available, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform during the free trial period before purchasing a paid subscription.

No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction after the trial period has expired.

As a photographer on our platform, you are responsible for the content you upload. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to distribute the images and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests may be considered if:

1. Duplicate payments were charged.
2. Billing errors occurred.
3. The service could not be activated due to a verified technical issue caused by SnapReveal.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

1. Monthly subscriptions
2. Annual subscriptions after activation
3. Storage purchases
4. Additional bandwidth purchases
5. AI credits
6. Custom development work
7. White-label setup fees
8. Data migration services
9. Training services
10. Consulting services
11. Domain registrations
12. Third-party service charges

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

Users retain access until the end of the active subscription term.

Users are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

1. Immediate account suspension
2. Termination of services
3. Restriction from future purchases

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt the quality of service for other users.
